Former salon employee, current public school teacher & here’s how my first visit went… I was the only one in the salon at 10am. Yet, my stylist didn’t come out until nearly 10 min after. I was not greeted, was just told to go sit down at the chair - she motioned to where it was, saying first one on that side. One price listed at booking, another at checkout. Oh and they don’t offer all methods of payment options to everyone. I guess I looked like someone who is unaware of Venmo/Cash App, because I was only offered “cash or CC…” and found myself paying a nice little convenience fee for using my CC. When I asked about the “additional cost” on the service price, I was then made aware of the options. You know, after I’d already paid and can’t be refunded. I was told that “well not everyone knows about those apps so I didn’t mention it…” Wow. I still tipped the stylist because I’m a polite person but my day off from my three year old as a single mom was ruined from the moment my appointment began. Cried in my car as I drove away.

Love all the ladies here, so helpful and friendly and I’ve walked out and feel fresh and new. Highly recommend making an appointment!
