This company gives the customer friendly service from the initial phone call. We needed to get our door locks working quickly for our pool area to secure it before our grandchildren arrived for a week-long visit. The receptionist was very helpful, and I immediately knew we were in good hands to meet the need on time. Eric arrived earlier than promised, was very friendly and helpful, got the work done quickly, and charged a very fair price. We had several types of needs, and they quickly handled all the issues. No surprises, and absolutely great service. With their equipment, they were able to make new keys by accurate measurement of existing locksets, and they work very well. I highly recommend Jack's Lock and Safe.
