A satisfied customer here using GEI Plumbing Service! Customer service associate Cynthia was able to schedule my toilet service quickly, plus she was awesome with her knowledge and professionalism. Jeikon and Fernando explained the process and if one process didn’t work, they also explained the method of resolving the problem. But I’m glad it was resolved in the first try. Very satisfied here!
We had a surprise plumbing issue! We called. The person who answered our call and scheduled the service was polite and friendly. Daniel and the owner arrived promptly -- within the hour. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. We are very pleased. The $39 service fee is not a bad deal either!!
Daniel was very knowledgeable and only took about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem with our clogged sinks that filled with water. He worked very quickly in our attic, which is small and hard to navigate. He and his partner worked quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend their service for a quick, solid fix and peace of mind!
