My hair looks awful! I will NEVER come back. I gave her a picture of what I wanted. It was so simple. I wanted LONG side bangs and some layers. One of the most popular cuts that women have these days. This woman made me look like a 5th grader. It's so ugly. I have to keep clips in my hair to hold it down since she cut off WAY TOO MUCH!! Instead of giving me a discount or trying to make it look better after SHE screwed it up, she kept telling me "Sorry there's nothing I can do about it." Very unprofessional. She shouldn't have even charged me for this crap.
