Amazing experience from the moment we walked in all the way until checking out. Everyone is really friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and truly care for your needs! I came today to pick up my glasses today and Imani and Andrea were so kind and helpful! I enjoyed my experience at America’s Best from the first initial eye appointment to the pick up! Great customer service!!! I will continue to be a patient here!!
Upon arrival for my prescription pick-up, I was greeted by Imani. He was very helpful and kind with my visit today. He not only was polite, but professional as well. A lot of businesses have issues with their “younger” employees, but Imani was no issue at all! He was most attentive to my overall comfort, and adjustment to my new prescription. I was asked multiple times, which I favored, because I have a tendency of second guessing myself at times. I will definitely keep coming back to this location, and it’s closer to home. Thanks again for the best service today!
