Went in long time ago paid $180 for overprocessed hair .The owner was supposed to do my hair which she didnt. There was other another girl who did my hair which i believe didnt have no clue what she was doing since she constantly would ask the owner to look to see if she was doing the job right. They were to busy talking instead of checking up on my hair to see if it would resist. They never advised me that it would be until the hair resisted, which i thought was very unprofessional. The owner had a horrible attitude when i would msg her about my concern with my hair, she stated it was normal. She even let me leave the salon with wet hair. Days later my hair was falling off in chunks and was extemly dry, i almost went bald because of this poorly done unproffessional work. I never went back again !!!!!

🚮🚫BEWARE🚮🚫 The owner is very irresponsible and walked in 2 hours late to my appointment and came in with a bad attitude. 6 hours later my hair fell off. Owner has multiple clients at a time and neglects the hair processing to the point where I had to cut my hair up to my chin.
