Massage itself was decent. Deeper pressure. A lot of reflexology places advertise foot massages but typically lay down and they almost do your whole body. This place really does keep it to just your feet and a bit of your calves.“

“OK, I almost don't want to leave a review, because I don't want other people to know how great this best-kept Austin secret is! As someone who is (admittedly) high-energy and high-stress, my body is always tight and in need of relaxation. I have tried getting massages elsewhere before, but they have all been too soft/not good at relaxing my muscles. I stumbled across this place while driving home from a barre class, with my muscles in pain, and I am so glad I walked in! The person who worked on my body released years of stress, pain, tension, and more. Within just a short period, he worked through all my muscles, and he did not take it easy on the pressure. Because I am small / petite, most of the masseuses I've tried have been extremely gentle on my body, no matter what I told them. While he started off as easy, when I asked him to go harder, he did. Parts were very painful, but in a good way -- my back has not felt so relaxed and free of tension in years. He used the same amount of force you might on an elite athlete. I left feeling rejuvenated and like my body had been transformed. The best tip I can give you here is to tell the masseuse how much pressure you want them to use. They will listen! I now go every month. This spa is better than any doctor I have ever seen. I trust them totally to free my body from pain.“
