Cannot recommend Salty Dog enough!! They are amazing and you can tell the staff really cares. This is my second dog I've entrusted with them and am so grateful they are here! Sofie and our family give 100 stars!
Never have I ever had such a horrible experience boarding my dogs anywhere. Until I took them here. The staff was very rude and when we picked up our dogs who have always been energetic and happy, looked beyond stressed and were shaking uncontrollably crying in the car. We’ve boarded them multiple times everywhere since they were puppies and they have NEVER been like this. They also explained one of our dogs was feeling sick and never cared to call and inform us until pick up. Our 3rd pup was also separated from our other 2 without our permission and wouldn’t have even known that until I asked. The girls also never told us any information about pick up, and we’re not helpful in any way so we also had to pay a day care fee when we picked them up which was an extra $50. When I called prior asking about pick up information, the girl I spoke with on the phone stated that I can pick them up anytime before 6 and never mentioned any of that. Overall, horrible mess and our dogs were stressed out. We will never be taking our dogs here again.
