I am so very impressed with Sylvester and his crew. He has gone out of his way to help me. He is a man of his word and does what he says he is going to do. He and his staff truly handled installing my A/C with pride and professionalism. Circumstances were beyond his control, like waiting on a part, but here he was out of the blue with his whole crew setting out what he promised to do. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Contacted BJ’s Heating and Air to take a look at my old ac system from 1982. Due to the age of my old unit we decided a full replacement system was needed. This happened on a Wednesday afternoon and by Friday at noon the house was cold again. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and professionalism of the staff at BJ’s heating and air.Service: A/C system repair

BJ’s provided fast and reliable customer service. Sylvester was very knowledgeable and walked me through what the problem was! On top of that, their service fees were much lower than other competitors in Rockport.
