I also give four stars because it is a company of integrity. This means much to me, and I am now seeing that Tim Storey, the owner, is a man of integrity and his word.
I was unhappy with the results of the job, but I'm sure it was due to an infrastructural anomaly on the administrative end.
Tim refunded the full amount to us and I am grateful for that; not so much for the money, but the gesture. I also believe that Tim will be proactive in rectifying any short falls in his operations; which is why I truly believe his customers will walk away happy with the results.”
