Everyone who works there is very friendly and nice, they really care about your pets. They’re upfront about pricing and estimates which is really nice, receptionists and vet staff are all great ?
RDAH was able to assist us on one the toughest days of our lives when we had to euthanize our beloved terrier. Our primary vet office said they would not be able to work us in until possibly the next day, but we did not want to prolong our pet’s suffering. Dr. Anderson and the entire staff was very understanding and compassionate during this difficult ordeal. I would recommend them. Thank you, RDAH, for being so understanding and compassionate.
They are very kind and compassionate. I am literally going through the worst time in my life and I brought my baby in stressed about literally everything you can think of and they assured me that it was ok and my baby was going to be ok. I didn’t feel judged, I felt like they actually cared about my baby and me. I was crying because I didn’t think I was going to have enough for them to do anything and almost every staff member I encountered asked me if I was ok and the doctor even gave me a hug.
