We were very happy with Jesus D. He was polite and thorough. He also went over the work he performed and told us how we could prevent such an occurrence again. We would recommend Oasis to anyone.
Needed my heater fixed asap with the super cold weather starting, I called Oasis and their technician was out and had everything completed by end of day and in time for us to pick up our kiddo from daycare. Jay was our technician today and he was awesome, friendly, and exhibited amazing customer service! We also called Oasis out in the evening back in August because my air conditioner kept shutting off due water backing up. Levi H. was also amazing, even tried to talk me through solving what I needed done over the phone to prevent an after hours call/charge. Jay was excellent and Oasis was as responsive and transparent as ever. Oasis listened to my troubleshooting steps and went over my findings to help solve the issues with my AC unit. Resolved the issuea and verified the system was in good health before leaving.
