Needed my heater fixed asap with the super cold weather starting, I called Oasis and their technician was out and had everything completed by end of day and in time for us to pick up our kiddo from daycare. Jay was our technician today and he was awesome, friendly, and exhibited amazing customer service! We also called Oasis out in the evening back in August because my air conditioner kept shutting off due water backing up. Levi H. was also amazing, even tried to talk me through solving what I needed done over the phone to prevent an after hours call/charge. Even when I was unable to complete it, he still gladly came out and fixed it up in less than 10 minutes. I would rate Oasis 10/10 if I could, I will always recommend them and will always call them for our heating and cooling needs!
