Our AC unit went out late on a Thursday night/early Friday morning. My brother-in-law recommended Bill and his team to assess what went wrong with the unit. Unfortunately, our old unit had shorted to ground and had to be completely replaced. We had been told by another area HVAC company that it would be two weeks before they could install a new unit for us. Bill was able to do it the following Monday and at a much more reasonable price. He and his team were fast, efficient, and friendly. They made it so that my wife and I only had to go three days without AC instead of two weeks. I would highly recommend Bailey Heat and Air!
