Just took my 2015 GS350 in recently with over 200K miles to be fully serviced @ updated for the next 100K miles! Everything I read on previous reviews was 100% accurate in my experience with the details & services provided @ every level. Outstanding job to all those who took care of my ride!!! I've been bringing my 2010 Toyota here ALL summer. Literally since like late May/early June when my A/C went out.
I liked the vibes from that first experience with them, and took my car back to them to inspect it for a road trip I'm taking soon.
My girl is almost at 200k miles. I haven't taken very good care of her in the past, so I knew there would probably be some big things that needed taking care of. And there were.
Let me level with y'all: this shop is full of really kind, compassionate people. I have never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to.
Really appreciate the service I received this morning. Mike was very helpful and answered all my questions. Got right to my coolant flush and exchange. Will definitely use them again for my automotive needs. Thanks, Mike.
