They have dry cleaning service was fast and super. The Friendly staff and people are Nicest. The store great service needs a lot of updates. It was hard to reach the Roanoke store over the phone and could have a dedicated number. People love Cinch and highly recommend it. They do an acceptable job and the cleaning was done next day and weekly.
Just returned to the USA from living abroad for 16 months. Lots of dry cleaning, dry cleaning service was unexpectedly expensive. Appears as they did an acceptable job. Friendly staff.
I dropped off 10-12 pieces on Friday and when I picked them up on Monday, only 4 pieces were there. I payed $23. Returned on Tuesday at picked up the rest and found out I owed another $43. I’m stunned. The clothes were cleaned great but $5 per garment is ridiculous. I’ll be finding a more affordable dry cleaners.
