Easy scheduling, estimated prices given over the phone, sent appt confirmation via text as well as reminders before the appt. Day of appt., crew was going to be late so the office contacted me to let me know. Chris and his helper were very nice. Chris confirmed services and offered other options (fabric treatment). While Chris and I finalized the services his helper was getting everything set up. They cleaned my sofa and carpet. Overall, satisfied with the work and will call them next here, when it's time to clean my carpet again.
Only suggestion to improve would be to ask clients if they would like scented or unscented deodorizer (or none at all if unscented is not an option). The lemon scented spray they used at the end was very strong, and it took me opening doors and windows to help air my place out. I typically use all unscented products in my house, so I may be more sensitive to it than others.

This place is great. For my fur baby it was same day full service of nail trim, bath, haircut, anal glands expressed, ear treatment, and even ended with a bow tie. The staff were friendly, polite, helpful, courteous, and professional m. Even accommodating my picture requests. Kudos to a great job done all around. Will definitely be back.
These guys are awesome. Do a great job washing and painting anytime my shop needs to be cleaned. They do a great job for me.
Doc gave us the best treatment through this difficult process of having to put our baby down. We were given time and a room to hold him for the last time.
