I had a great experience at my recent vision appointment. The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly, organized, and made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing eye care.
I have gone to get my vision checked with Dr. Desai for 13 years. I tried other places and they don’t compare. He has also taken care of my husband and son. My son in law and his mom have seen him for 6 years. I must clarify that he has been proactive in any conditions we have presented and follows up year by year. If you want an optometrist that is knowledgeable and personable please choose Dr. Desai, VISION SOURCE; two locations Richmond and Sugarland.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by all three of the front desk ladies with sincere smiles. The technician was friendly and professional, explaining the testing prior to seeing the Dr. Dr Naik is very friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and professional. Her exam is very thorough, and she is attentive to any questions I have. The pricing was explained clearly, and I even had help picking frames….from a great selection. I highly recommend this office
