I would leave negative stars if I could. This had been my go to vet for over a decade. My fur baby had to have a life or death emergency procedure overnight with an ER vet clinic and had to be monitored for 3-4 days after the procedure, so I had to pick my baby up the next morning with two IV bags still connected to take him to my regular vet for monitoring. Richmond Animal was contacted 3 different times that morning. By email from ER vet, a phone call from ER vet, then I contacted them to make sure we were good to go before putting my kitty through the trauma of a long car ride. I have a great Dane that I've been bringing to Dr. Mendoza for the last two years who has really bad allergies. He's been so great with him and the prices are unbeatable anywhere else I went with charge me four times the amount with no answers. Dr. Mendoza has always been honest. I trust him and so does Duke!

I was so worried when my cat started acting weird so I started googling things as one does and fearing the worst I decided to take him in. I called several vets, all of them telling me to wait another day. Finally someone gave me this vets number and recommend I gave them a shot. I was a little worried just because it was so far away from me but based on the reviews and that they accepted walk ins I went ahead and gave it a try. AMAZING PEOPLE.
