SY Refresh spa & massage

I have been going to this location for massages since they opened and was pleased with the service until recently. I called the day before I wanted to go to schedule an appointment for a 90 minute masssge and booked it. However, when I arrived, I was told by the lady doing my masssge that she could not do a 90 minute because she was too busy! Wow!! Called again the day before I wanted to get a masssge and set my time. I get there about 5 minutes before my appointment and the same lady that I dealt with before comes out and tells me I will have to wait 45 minutes before she can see me. When I schedule they never ask your name (I have to tell them) or ask for your phone number...if she was running behind it would have been no big deal if she would have called to let me know before I arrived. The massages I have received before were good, but their appointment scheduling and the person who answers the phone to schedule your appointment is not good. I will no longer be scheduling any massages with SY Refresh Spa & Massage in Richmond Texas
