We had an issue with our in-ground spa, and Sarah’s pool service did a great job. They promptly sent an expert to diagnose the issue, promptly emailed a quote (very transparent pricing, separating parts and labor), and once I electronically approved, they had it all repaired and we were enjoying our spa within 24 hours! Before even asking for payment they made it a point to check in with us and give us a summary of their findings and make sure we were happy with the end result.

I have been using Sarah's pools for the last year. At my old house, and the house we just moved into. They are reasonable, responsive and go out of their way to help you. Our new house had a pool that was redone by another pool company that did a terrible job. The control panel wasn't hooked up correctly, and the spa barely worked. Sarah's pools came and replaced everything at an extremely reasonable price. They were able to fix our spa, which was no easy task, at a very good price. I would recommend them to anyone for any pool needs, and will continue to use them for any pool issues I have.
