Brought a rug here to get a stain out rest of the rug looked good but they did not get the whole stain out. Will not return and do not recommend. I have been to other cleaners if they can’t get a stain out they at least tell you. This one doesn’t tell you.

Whoa, whoa, hold on. The ticket on my shirts is $9; 5 x $1.80 so that is just fine. She rings me up, and it's over $10. I know that we pay 8.25% tax so I ask what is going on, and she says they add more charges to cover hangers and the plastic bag.!?! Isn't that the cost of doing business?
I am wondering how long this has been going on, i've been coming here weekly for 10+ years. That adds up to a lot of invisible surcharges that customers don't realize. Is this normal in the industry? Is it right? It's not posted anywhere and doesn't show up on the receipt. Is this legit? Should I be asking the BBB? At the very least, it is a violation of my trust.
