They know what they are doing. If you get your water tested there, don’t let the older equipment fool you. They turned a swamp with lilly pads into a crystal clear paradise within a week and it did not take much, as some pool places will try to oversell their products. I didn’t even need to drain the pool! They have a large assortment of parts and their prices are quite fair. They are knowledgeable about equipment and when they say they will reach back out to you, they do just that. They made a customer out of me.
I'm new to Pinch-A-Penny and my experience at this location has been wonderful. Milia Torres has helped me twice and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been going to Leslie Pool for the past 15 years but will be going to Pinch A Penny now.
