This was my 'first' time booking a massage for myself. My experience was pleasant, and relaxing. I mentioned to Sarah about my problem with upper back/neck pain. I've suffered from back pain for years! She was very patient, and gentle. She really focused on the areas that I mentioned. I had a therapeutic/Swedish full body massage . The room is so intentional, calm, clean, and very serene. I didn't notice how tense I was until Sarah started to work on me. I felt amazing afterwards! I will be booking with Sarah for my future massage appointments.

Sarah is phenomenal! I booked the special for Wednesday 105min massage with the price of 90min massage. We also incorporated Reiki into my session, it was my first time. She worked hard to get rid of all my knots and I could feel the lymph was being drained. I felt reborn after the session. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
