They did an awesome job on a dress for a holiday party and the zipper on a pair of pant. The only thing I didnt enjoy was the needle and three stick pins still left in my dress when I tried it on after alterations were done.
Dropped off my jeans to get hemmed. They gave me a couple days but I told them I was in no rush so they were very appreciative that I was giving them more time. I did measure and pin the hem myself so they didn't double check the measurements. It worked out. Under $18 for 1 pair of jeans hemmed. They're friendly but busy ladies. No complaints!
