I brought in an older car (1996) with an automated radio antenna that wouldn't retract, meaning I couldn't run it through a car wash. The General Manager, Kyle, spent an hour of his time accessing the mechanism and researching replacement options. It turns out that replacement parts are no longer available because of the car's age. I tried some junk yard sites without success. I brought the car back and told Kyle I could do without the radio but still wanted the antenna down, meaning an ability to visit the local car wash. I have had my vehicles serviced here several times over the years, and every time my expectations were exceeded. And here again I came for inspection of a small bumper repair, not expecting anything more, yet I received my car back within 20 minutes with repair completed. Mike (I think that was the name of my helper @ Caliber Collision) did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Was in a bind messed up the door on my new truck. Before escalating the issue with insurance, went to Caliber and spoke to Stephanie. She sorted it out and actually fixed the issue in about 5 minutes. This is the second time I’ve been to this location, first was to fix my older truck after a fender bender, both times excellent. Do your self a favor ask for Stephanie!
