No problem with the work performed. However, their communication is absolutely terrible. Their favorite statement was let me check and I’ll call you back. They never called back once. This occurred many times. I asked when they had scheduled my install and have them call before they arrived. Nope! No call back. Nope! No call before they arrived. Just showed up. Their office is absolutely terrible about communicating.
This company was recommended by a neighbor. Jimmy was very good in answering my questions. My garage door was installed the same day and it was done in about 2 hours. The technician certainly knew what he was doing and worked almost nonstop dismantling the old door and mechanisms and rapidly assembling and installing the double door. I was very pleased with the door installation and satisfied with the cost. I highly recommend this company
Just got a door installed for our home. They was fast installing the door frame and door! Great work and caring set of guys! Fast, Respectful, and Fair!!! Highly would request these guys!!!!
