JD was great even made my little boy comfortable gave him a pair of goggles so he could sit in the corner cause you know sometimes mamas don’t have anyone to watch their baby. He offered him some crayons and a coloring book and a piece of candy. I have visited over tanning places but didn’t get the warm friendly welcome as I did with JD today!“

“Great customer service! Was my first experience ever with spray tanning and the gal at the front desk was super friendly and professional. She was very informative, and seemed happy to help. She explained the process in detail, took me to the room I used and explained how to prep for the spray, and after care. 7 hours later I’m fresh out of a shower and have used the after shower lotion (tan extender) and I look and feel amazing! “I’ve been coming here off and on for the past four years. I tan before a vacation so I don’t spend my time on the beach like a red lobster. The place is going through a renovation right now and it’s awesome that the owner cares enough to really spruce it up. Beds are clean and appts are easy to make. The real gem of this place is Randy (the manager)! He is friendly, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. TBH - he’s the reason I keep coming back as his customer service is top notch. I’d drive a distance to ensure I went to a place that he manages. I know we have choices in Hachie - but give Planet Beach and Randy a try - you won’t be disappointed.“
