I needed a ceiling fan replaced, so I reached out to Cool Hand Electric. My window was between 1-4. Tory Jackson was my technician and he stayed in contact with me up until my appointment time. This was helpful as I was at work. Tory came out and did a safety inspection, and explained everything to me in great detail. He was very understanding of my situation, and it's always good to find someone relatable. I had questions that's he did not mind answering. He installed my ceiling fan, and cleaned up after. Tory's communication and customer service was excellent, and I did appreciate his friendly and respectful manner especially after a long day at work.
