I’ve been working out here for about a month and a half and I love this gym very peaceful, super clean and friendly staff. There is not much to do in Rankin, but if you’re working in the area like me going to this gym will at least kill some time for you as it does for me and at the same time you’ll feel better after a good work out. They even have an indoor swimming pool (awesome). Super clean restrooms and showers too.

Nice clean center with friendly staff. The weight room is huge with plenty of room for a lot of people. Excellent equipment!! The elipicatal/treadmill cardio room has 2 TV's for your convenience while you workout. There is a indoor heated swimming pool to the right of the cardio room...also men and women shower/locker rooms at the back of the facility. The enrollment fee is only $25 per person a month and it only takes a few minutes to register.
