I like the atmosphere. Would like to see some updated equipment. Also, I would like to know more about classes offered. I see them at the gym but I go home and can’t remember! Would love to see them posted on here. Overall, love the judgement free atmosphere

Rock Solid is unlike any gym I’ve ever been a member of. The family atmosphere is a big draw. Everyone is encouraging and celebrates others reaching their goals. This gym is NEVER intimidating to those new to the gym experience. Great trainers that know their stuff!

It is amazing gym that offers so much for all ages. They have group fitness and even have personal training. Monthly membership is very reasonable and the owner is amazing and always willing to help anyone.
