This amenity center has so much to offer! The pool is fantastic, the gym is well-equipped, and the community spaces are perfect for gatherings. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. First, the cafe has been 'coming soon' for ages, and it's a real letdown not to have a convenient place to grab a snack or coffee. Also, the online system for reserving the tennis courts is incredibly frustrating. It's clunky, not user-friendly, and often shows inaccurate availability. If they could fix these two issues, this place would be perfect!
I am a Coldwell Banker Realtor and I see EVERYTHING and I could get a great deal on most builders.... But I bought years ago in Windsong. A number of my Clients have bought here as well and we all agree there is no other place at ANY price in DFW as nice as Windsong Ranch. Many of my Clients have bought homes here and we are amazed at the quality of life. If Realtors are buying here... We call that a CLUE!
