Not only did he listen to all my concerns, he helped solve every one and then some, educating me along the way about the solution and best practices for my own knowledge. Was in need of a plumber the week of Christmas, and was extremely fortunate that The Prosper Plumber was both available and did outstanding work.Kris arrived on time, worked diligently, took the time to explain the issue and resolution completely, and even gave us some background on the house as he'd serviced it for a previous owner.Would happily recommend to all friends and neighbors.
