My daughter and I Went here for my birthday weekend. Got the whole Royale treatment. Manicure pedicure and head spa treatment. The ladies were very nice and professional and walking us through the entire process and making sure the snacks and champagne were filled and constantly checking in on us to make sure we were good. I highly recommend going here. We will definitely be going back. They have several different locations and they offer discounts as well on services. And if it’s your first time there, birthday, etc..
The head spa experience is amazing! My best friend and I went last Friday evening to the Southlake location and it was so beautiful! All the staff members are very welcoming and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend the head spa and facial package. You will love it. ❤️
Terrible manegment. I was given a quote and got charged way more than what the quote I was guven .Then, the manager blamed it on the lady that provided the quote to me. What kind of manager does this? instead of taking responsibility that a customer should only pay for the quote and services requested. I had already a set on me. I only requested change of color and manicure. Then hidden fees like shaping and other stuff it ended in $92 dollars!!!. the initial quote was $62. I expressed my concerns and was not happy about this since my quote was $62. I think people are always afraid to speak up. This is a place that scams people,but because people that go here think to check on prices and services rendered should be charged double? Just because ...?? No. I do not plan to come back and I definitely don't recommend it.
