Good: Fantastic serviceBad: Prosper office is confusingOverall: I highly recommend this business, especially Tonya.I historically have not visited massage therapists. My wife suggested I try it when I complained about issues with my back and shoulder.I have found that I truly enjoy the experience and wish I had considered this sooner. Part of my concern related to my expectation that I would be pressured to sign a commitment for continued services, but I don't recall it ever being mentioned which is a relief. Ironically I've considered signing up for a recurring service now that I've been a few times.I have only had a massage from Tonya so I can't speak from experience...read full review

Good: Friendly, professional staff Bad: The Prosper location is co-located with another office Overall: Highly recommend I was having some discomfort in my back, so I scheduled an appointment. Honestly, I reviewed several options and chose this business because of a reply to a negative review. I thought the response was professional and courteous. I imagine that can be difficult to achieve when someone says something negative about your small business. The Prosper location is a satellite office, so it is co-located with Apple Counseling. When you arrive, there is a sign on the glass partition that tells you to sit and wait for the therapist to come retrieve you. This was initially a little awkward, but it wasn't overly burdensome. The masseuse was professional and friendly. The bed was warmed for my comfort and the masseuse asked me for my preference regarding the type of massage. This came in the form of how much pressure do you prefer on a scale of 1 -10. Admittedly, I've only been to this location on one occasion, but I now understand the attraction of a routine massage. It was a comforting experience and something I hope I can find time to take advantage of again. If you are looking for a massage I would recommend this business. I imagine the experience is the same with most businesses that provide this service. For me, the response to a negative review and my personal experience with the masseuse made this business the right choice for me.

Tonya is doing great and you can tell she really studied hard because she is passionate about what she does.Tonya is also great at finding and working through knots during massage. You feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after. I highly recommend !!!
