Everyone was so nice here! I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile, but there was no judgement and everything was explained to me thoroughly. They give you prices up front before doing anything. They made the dentist fun!
This dental practice has completely changed my perception of going to the dentist. The level of professionalism and comfort is unmatched. The office is spotless and designed for relaxation, with thoughtful touches like ceiling TVs. The staff are incredibly skilled and communicate clearly, ensuring you understand every procedure and its associated costs. My recent experience with teething was pain-free and left my teeth feeling incredibly clean. After years of searching for the right dentist, I've finally found a practice that exceeds all expectations. They are truly the best!
About a week ago in the evening I chipped one of my front teeth pretty significantly. The next morning I called Prosper Smile Studio hoping to get an appointment in the next couple of days, if I was lucky. I think because it was one of the coldest days of the year and everyone thought the roads would be frozen over…they were able to get me in right away!!
I got there in the next 20 minutes and I was out the door in about an hour with my tooth looking good as new! Barely anything out of pocket thanks to my in-network insurance as well.
