Ava is my absolute favorite. She is always has a smile on her face and is soooo sweet. Today o left my watch in the room and she called to make sure that I came back and grabbed it there’s not a lot of sweet honest people left in this world, and I’m glad that I go to a Italian salon that has one of the few.

Ava L is absolute BEST! I was actually going to cancel my membership and she went above + beyond to keep me as a member, and she remembers me and chats with me EVERY single time I come in. She’s the sweetest, and really makes customers feel like more than just a membership number. I had a miscarriage a few months ago and was in a really dark place mentally and she was a pivotal part in helping me feel like a human again after that trauma!

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this palm beach tan location!!! It’s always clean and the team is so professional! Being in the customer service industry I can tell you this comes from the leadership at this salon! Since Ava has become the manager I see such a difference! She is remarkable!
