Stormy (Supervisor) was our technician today and was very pleased with his services.
Typically when we get visits such as air balancing, they’ll come in, do what they do, asks how that feels, and they’ll go on about their day.
But today, Stormy was knowledgeable, informative, and addressed all our concerns with our lack of understanding and made us feel assured we won’t be expecting any issues again for a while.
It was his professionalism that made me feel this deserves a 5 star review. Hands down.
