“My experience with BitBranding was very good overall! Of course, I believe in constructive criticism, so I'll provide that as well.

The BitBranding Team was very helpful, especially in areas such as devising strategies in relation to ads, email marketing, and more! They were also really helpful when it came to a lot of program technicalities (for example, if I had issues with my Meta Ads Account, or with the email marketing software Klaviyo, etc). Anytime I'd need assistance from the team, they'd provide practical and useful/applicable assistance. Aaron and the BB Team also offered me new and crucial perspectives and improvements to ads, social media content, products, website changes, and more - this was VERY useful to my brand and my situation! They were honest - if something on my website didn't look right, or if a particular product or ad campaign didn't seem to truly resonate with my target audience, they'd let me know. That fact alone helped me a lot.

A few things I think BitBranding could do better,
1. I think the that the Facebook Group could be motivated or nudged to be more active. For example, sometimes I'd ask the member's Facebook group about a shipping problem that I'm encountering, and most of the responses I'd receive are just from the BB Team, when I'm also looking to see if anyone's dealt with my problem in the real world and might have particular familiarity with it. I'm not trying to be too demanding with this criticism, I just think we can try to motivate people to participate more in the group.

2. I think that there could be more personalization to the marketing strategies devised. In my situation (when I had just started the program), funds for my business were very tight. Most of my budget went into manufacturing, among other things. It meant that I couldn't run ads (for ex) with the same ease as someone with more resources - this in turn caused a bit of a slow period for sales. The strategies I devised with the BB Team (which ended up being very useful once I was able to free up more budget for ads) were quite difficult for me to apply when I could only set apart so much for ads and email marketing. I feel like we could find ways to personalize the strategies in situations like mine. I'd also like to add that Aaron and the BB Team did make the effort, and once I was able to free up more resources to spend on ads and email marketing, I was able to do a lot better!

3. My final constructive criticism is that sometimes I feel like a problem of higher urgency than normal arises, and in situations like that, it is honestly helpful to receive feedback/advice/solutions more quickly. The BB Team was certainly not slow at helping out, but there have been a few times where I needed help pretty quickly on a problem that arose, and (maybe it feels this way simply due to impatience) it felt like the team could've responded sooner. It goes without saying that I say this sparingly - I absolutely understand that Aaron and the BB Team are busy and have lots of things going on. This is more of a note than a criticism.
