Second Chances are God’s way of righting a situation! Carpet Tech sent Bryan and Noah to clean my carpets and they did a PHENOMENAL JOB! I’m very satisfied with the work, details, and explanations I received. The guys went above and beyond and I’m very happy I didn’t let a misunderstanding prevent me from reaching out a second time. We as consumers make some problems bigger than what they truly are. I’m grateful for do-overs! We got it right and I can’t be more pleased! My dog even wanted to leave with Noah! ? That’s how pleasant and sweet the guys were. Thanks Carpet Tech! I truly appreciate you!
