I have been to a lot of gyms and tried a lot of different workout routines in my life. This is hands down the best fitness program I have found. The daily workouts are challenging, the staff is engaging and cares about proper technique and safety. I highly recommend B4I to anyone looking for a workout program that will make you a better person!
I started going to Built 4 It over 5 years ago after back surgery, and it completely changed the game for my recovery. Josiah is the BEST chiropractor. Kecia and the rest of her team? Literal magicians when it comes to dry needling, cupping, and soft tissue work. They are the best of the best and the only team I’ll ever trust with my body.
Even though I live over an hour away now, I’d still make the drive without thinking twice. Built 4 It isn’t just another PT clinic. They care deeply, they’re insanely good at what they do, and they’ve built a community really special.
I absolutely love this place. I saw Dr. Chris for my hip and knee. He and and the training staff helped me get thru my injury and I am back to enjoying life to the fullest. Thank you Built 4 It.
