I informed him that our vehicle was operating solely on the battery (keyless) due to an accidental disassembly of the fob, resulting in the loss of the programmer. Fausto informed us that it was not feasible to drive the car without the key programmer, necessitating its presence within the vehicle. Nima was amazing! He first helped me get my car key fob working again and cut a new key on the spot. Then he went above and beyond by diagnosing a dead car battery, explaining everything in detail, and walking me through the entire process. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely nice guy. They installed a new battery, cleaned up the battery and cables, and had me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this store to anyone—top-notch service from start to finish!

I ordered a car battery for pick up/FREE installment at 8am for pickup at 10am. I arrived a bit early, the gentleman there was so kind and informative. I went to grab food and i came back and my battery was installed! Pricing was very fair, a bit cheaper than my shop was trying to charge actually. Would come back if needed!! (hopefully not soon, because car battery issues aren't fun lol)
