I thought I needed a oil change because my oil light was on, I was not due until another 1,000 miles.
The manager ,@ the Princeton TX location said all it needed was topping off the oil. He also checked all of the other fluids free of charge! How honest! This is why I continue to go to Jiffy Lube!

This is my first jiffy lube experience, and it was faster and more pleasant than some whataburger drive thru’s?
But truly, I was impressed and I’ll be back. They were kind, the waiting area was clean, they had an inspector there open-close, they checked several things on my vehicle including the engine air filter that has never been replaced or mentioned to me on my 2016 vehicle ?. I have been to several companies for oil changes since purchasing in 2017 (and even a Ford Dealership or two) and they either don’t check engine air filters, or they didn’t care enough to mention it to me until Jiffy Lube! 100% I realize that I could have learned about it sooner...read full review
