Would not give me what I asked for, even when I asked a second time when I saw they weren’t doing the haircut I asked for. My ends are extremely uneven on either side, and I have odd pieces sticking out on both sides. Not like layers, just chunks that are way too long.

I moved over to Supercuts from Cost Cutters specifically for my stylist. Clara(Blue) is now at Supercuts. She is amazing. The only one I will let touch my hair since moving to South Texas. She’s super easy to talk to and listens to her clients.

Definitely recommend giving her a try!

I was apprehensive going to this Supercuts because the reviews were not good. However, how bad could it be for a simple trim. I was nicely greeted as I came into the store. It appeared clean and well kept. The stylist (Victoria) was very sweet and asked questions to get the cut I wanted. I was pleased with this salon.
