“Matt is the worst I have ever known about returning a phone call. Takes 2 weeks of leaving messages then finally he answered after calling on a different number he doesn't recognize. Has screwed up my taxes the last 3 years in a row. I do not recommend. Beware he will make errors then not take responsibility for them. Blame them in his computer program ?. Then say yeah I'll send the corrections right over....waited 2 more days to get the email. I just have 1 question Matt. Is what we sent in an amendment or a correction so I can see if the IRS has received the corrections you made to the errors your computer program made? Maybe you can answer me here because I've left 2 messages 1 last Thursday and 2 days ago. I also told you I would be leaving a review like this if I didn't hear back from you. I know you have my number so a call would be great ?. I'd like to know where the other 1/2 of my return is.“
