I really hate having to do this. I wanted so bad to give this salon a chance. I Read all the 1-star reviews and complaints prior to visiting and, I have to say, they are all sadly correct. My 15-year-old daughter asked for light pink French tips, square shape and medium length. The nails themselves are fine, an okay job. The experience and price point for the job done is what was so disappointing. As all other reviews state - the technician hurt my daughter repeatedly by going well past the cuticle line. I have been going to this alarm for many many years because they're just right around the corner from my house. There are many nicely skilled technicians. However I do not like when Tina do my nails. She is not skilled at all her pedicures are terrible. This last time she was the only one available and I really needed to do my toes and I'm really. Tina cut me twice with the Clippers she made me bleed twice she painted the nails terribly there is no edging everything looks messy and she filed my nails irregularly my nails look horrible I pay $42 for shellac and I just noticed that two of my toenails are scratched. My sister and i went here to get our eyebrows done. When we walked in it was a lady sitting to get a pedicure and the nail tech got up from the lady feet rinsed her hands without soap. My sister politely asked the nail tech to properly wash her hands so the lady refused our service. That was very unsanitary and unprofessional I don't recommend....
