Maybe if your employees would put their phone down while driving, they wouldn't pull out in front of traffic going 60 MPH, just to do 30Mph. Must not have been in TOO much of a hurry to get onto the road huh?

After the work was completed, we expected the contractor to contact the City to do the required inspection so we could turn on all our mechanics. They apparently did not contact the city, and have not responded to any of our phone calls or e-mails asking when/if it would be done. No one answers the phone or responds to the voicemail messages. The e-mail got a response that the contractor was "out in the field". It's been over 24 hours and we should have received a response. Should I call the city for the inspection myself? IDK because they should have done it already. Tired of trying to get hold of them.

The work they did was good - I have no complaints. But they are overpriced. I went with them based on a referral from someone else who used them and indicated they were great price wise and service wise. They are price wise they are overpriced. Charged over $650.00 for 2 faucets (which I found/saw at Home Depot for $49.00) and 2 valves. (Had to get the plumbing done because water was leaking) The service man even forgot to turn my water back on after he finished the job. I had another guy do my valves and he only charged 1/4th of the price that Pride Plumbing charged.
