From start to finish, Eddie with All Star Pools was absolutely top-notch. We were first wowed when we visited his office and saw a drawing of his initial design for our backyard oasis. During that visit, he also walked us through multiple material options and samples, making the process both informative and exciting. When we started our journey for a custom pool we quickly became very discouraged by all the builders we had meetings with. We even thought of putting it off or completely cancelling on our idea until we found Eddie with All Star Custom Pools. We met with Eddie and within a week we had our drawing and proposal ready to be reviewed. Not only was it absolutely gorgeous, it was exactly what we told him we wanted and he listened and delivered! The job was the cleanest and smoothest process we could have hoped for and on just day 28 our pool was being filled!
ABSOLUTE BEST COMPANY/PERSONEL for pool builds/remodels. Very impressive pool company, don't come across many like this anymore. Kind, trust worthy, honest, knowledgeable, professional, and fast to get work done. I am so impressed by Eddie and All Star Pools. He had our pool up and going in no time. He was great at communicating with us so we always knew what was going on. Anytime we had any questions he responded quickly and helped us with anything we needed he always listened to our concerns and needs and was thoughtful in his responses.
