I started at Delta Life Fitness Oct. 8th for the 6 week Little Black Dress Challenge. The coaches are awesome and so are the ladies who work out here. I never had the desire to go to a gym because I felt uncomfortable. Here at Delta everyone is encouraging from the coaches to the ladies who are just starting out to others who have been working out for a while. I don't feel judged or uncomfortable at all. Each of us are focusing on our own workout, and if anybody says anything to you it's positive. I may not have dropped 1-2 dress sizes, but I see changes in my body, I feel stronger, and I am capable of so much more in the 6 weeks I have been working out here at Delta....read full review

TBH......ok, I knew I needed to do something about my weight and fitness level but I was not very motivated to do so. I've tried other "gyms" in the area and frankly they were just a waste of money for me. I would go in, do a little time on the treadmill, walk around and do sets on the various machines, and occasionally do one of the group classes. I just have to share how amazing Tiffany Mott is. She is a certified personal trainer. Over the years, I have worked with several. Let me start in saying it's not even fair to compare her to the others. She not only gave her undivided attention in order to ensure that my form and the technical aspects were correct to achieve optimal results and prevent injury, she delivered a positive and very encouraging attitude that actually made our PT session FUN this morning. For me, these details made a HUGE difference. At the conclusion, I left with endorphins surging and absolutely no pain or exhaustion. Kudos to YOU, Tiffany. I can't thank you enough! ����
