DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. FOR YOUR OWN SANITY DO NOT. Gym is unorganized and cluttered. Gym is messy. Good luck getting on a machine. Good luck finding a machine. Wtf is a bench? They'll also send collections for you if you don't pay their membership.
This gym is a scam!!! Will continue to charge even after contract 12 months are done. Calling it month to month what a joke!!! Owner pusssy footed over the whole situation! On a side note every time I went in to do any class, it was never on time, or the instructor just wouldn't show up! Don't recommend this gym to anyone!!
Go to Exygon!!! Atmosphere sucks. Customer service sucks. Not enough equipment. Seems like everything should work for all the money they generate. Don't drop your dumbbells, if your a brown guy. Susan came to me to tell me something about dropping 125lb dumbbells when I got done doing incline press's. The guy working out a couple bench's down said that was bull shyt cause he had been dropping his dumbbells as well and the only reason she was telling me something is because my skin is brown. I've had other people tell me the same thing but I never really paid it any mind. Anyway, after being a member since 2014 I finally made the move to Exygon and I must say I couldn't be more satisfied. They greet you every time you walk in and with a smile. It's just such a better environment. The owners at Powerhouse have no concept of customer appreciation. They then teach that to their employees cause then they even start to look at you like you're doing something wrong when in fact they should be treating you with respect and appreciation because if it wasn't for the customer they wouldn't be able to run a business where their livelihood depends on customer satisfaction and return. Exygon is the gym to be at if you're in this area. Unless you align yourself with people of such standards, ethics, and morals.
